Thank you for your interest in our company. Data protection and confidentiality have a very high priority at SOGLIO-PRODUKTE AG (hereinafter referred to as SOGLIO). We comply with the applicable national and European data protection regulations and inform in the following which data we may store and how we use this data.
Storage and use of data
As a visitor to our website you remain anonymous. The data that we store and analyse is used exclusively for statistical purposes so that we can, for example, continuously improve our services. Among the data we save on our servers are the name of your internet service provider, the website through which you visit us, the SOGLIO websites you have visited, your IP address and the date and duration of your visit.
Collection, processing and use of personal data
We collect and process personal data only if you call up certain services and we need your data for this purpose or if you have given us your express consent to do so voluntarily. You can do this, for example, by registering online, by filling out a corresponding form or sending us an e-mail, or by ordering products or services or sending us enquiries. Unless otherwise required by law, we will only use your personal data for the purposes for which you have given your consent. We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if this is necessary to provide the service you have requested or if you have given us your consent.

social media plugins
In the internet presence of SOGLIO, social media plugins from Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and/or YouTube may be integrated on certain pages. These social media plugins are identified by the SOGLIO logo, comment fields and the “Like” or “+1” buttons. When calling a website with a social media plugin a direct connection to the server of the social media provider is established. At the same time, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and/or Google record the respective website from which their services were accessed. If you are registered with one of the providers and have logged in there, the access to the website can be associated with your user account. Social media providers such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and/or YouTube do not provide any information about what specific information is collected during the use of their plugins. We therefore have no knowledge of the content, scope and use of the data collected by Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and/or YouTube. Further information on this can be found in the privacy policies of the social media providers under the following links: Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and/or YouTube. If you do not agree to the collection of personal data on our website by a provider, you can deactivate the plugins in your browser. If you want to avoid a connection to an existing user account, you must log off before visiting our Internet pages.
